How to Get to North Captiva Island

Southwest Regional International Airport serves Fort Myers and Upper Captiva Island. All major car rental agencies and local taxi cab companies can whisk you to the boat dock in Pineland - Pine Island. Reservations are necessary.

Directions from Airport

• I-75 to exit #26 (Pine Island Road or Route 78)

• Pine Island Rd, West, through village of Matlacha to stop sign (Stringfellow Rd) (20 miles)

• Stringfellow Rd, North to Pineland Rd (3 miles)

• Turn west onto Pineland Rd. and follow it to Pineland Marina (1 mile)

Upper Captiva's access point or gateway is Pineland Marina - Pineland - Pine Island

Two options are available. Reservations are necessary.

Upon arrival on Upper Captiva, you will be met by a representative of Upper Captiva Island Rentals & Services. They will answer all your questions, and escort you to your island home. "Welcome."
